Yes, we are able to identify and resolve most accounting software use issues.

RATES
What is the Accounting Doctors Hourly Rate?
Our rates are competitive in today’s market and based on complexity of services rendered. We have no fixed overhead costs so we are able to pass the savings onto you without decreasing the quality of our services.

SALES
Is Accounting Doctor an authorized reseller of other business software solutions?
No, but we are able to assist you with the review and implementation of most software packages available today.

SUPPORT
What are Accounting Doctor support hours and how do you charge for support calls?
Support hours are M-F 8am to 6pm PST, Saturday 9am to 5pm PST.                                                         Most support calls are no charge for active Accounting Doctor clients.

BILLING
What payment terms does Accounting Doctor offer to it’s customers?
We will extend NET30 from invoice date payment terms to most customers.                                              Customers requesting open account credit can complete Accounting Doctor credit application.
